Overton and North Waltham Osteopathy

About me and Overton and North Waltham Osteopathy
My name is Robert Green, and I am a registered Basingstoke Osteopath working in Overton, with specialised training in sports and exercise medicine, as well as psychology-informed practices. I am dedicated to continuous professional development to ensure that you receive the most effective and current evidence-based treatments, including Dry Needling Treatment, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Sports Massage.
I believe in treating the individual rather than just addressing the symptoms. I take into account your entire body, lifestyle, and medical history to determine the most effective way to alleviate your discomfort, whether it’s Back Pain Basingstoke, Sciatica, or Neck Pain. My goal is to help restore your body’s natural ability to heal and function at its best through tailored approaches like Osteopathy and Spinal Manipulation.
Experiencing pain can significantly affect our overall quality of life and well-being. It can be quite distressing, and we may not always know the best course of action, especially for conditions like Piriformis Syndrome or Tennis Elbow.
My goal is to work collaboratively with you to establish practical and realistic objectives tailored to your occupation, activity levels, and lifestyle. This approach will help you return to the activities you enjoy as soon as possible, with options like Sports Massage Therapy and Muscle Activation Technique, and Acupuncture.
After our consultation, we will work together to explore the most suitable approach for you.
I enjoy being a part of the communities in Overton and North Waltham.
