Insurers recognised: AXA Health, Aviva, WPA, Vitality, Allianz, Medicash and Cigna; some can be billed directly. Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm; Saturday appointments with Rob, by arrangement (email robert@onwo.co.uk or call 01256 578137); every second Sunday, 9am to 12 noon, with Hannah.

Acupuncture and dry needling are offered within appointments, with no extra fee.
No packages, no subscriptions
Every appointment is pay as you go. I don’t sell pre-paid blocks or monthly plans. If your situation means a longer programme makes sense, I’ll talk it through with you and you decide.
Insurance and discounts
Recognised by AXA Health, Aviva, WPA, Vitality, Allianz, Medicash and Cigna. Some insurers can be billed directly. Please check your policy first, as some insurers ask for a GP referral. Discounts are available for Defence Discount Service and Blue Light Card members.

Before your first visit
- You don’t need a GP referral.
- Patients aged 8 and over are welcome; under-16s need a parent or guardian. Pregnant women are welcome.
- Wear something comfortable. We can adapt if you’d rather stay dressed.
- Free private car park. There is a small step at the entrance, but the clinic is wheelchair accessible. Overton station is a 19-minute walk.
