We understand that sometimes emergencies and illnesses can occur, and we acknowledge that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In such cases, we kindly request that you let us know as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

To ensure a fair and smooth cancellation process, we have established a Cancellation Policy, which outlines the guidelines for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments.

We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 12 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will help us to avoid any inconvenience to other patients who may be on our cancellations list.

However, if you repeatedly cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours' notice or are frequently a no-show, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of your appointment fee.
