Role and Qualifications: I work in primary healthcare as a registered Osteopath, and am currently completing my MSc in Clinical Pain Management.

Here, our 1:1 Pilates sessions are ideal for those recovering from injury and needing a personalised approach, or for anyone seeking a quieter session in the clinic.

After overcoming her own back pain through a 6-week NHS Pilates course, Lucy grew passionate about sharing Pilates with others. She left a leading strategy role to qualify as a Level 3 Matwork and Reformer Pilates teacher. Since then, she’s helped patients improve movement and wellbeing, drawing on her own experience of finding strength and reduced pain through Pilates.

About:

Role and Qualifications: Sarah is a qualified professional nutrition and health coach (BTEC) and a member of the UK Health Coaching professional body (UKIHCA). She has completed additional training in nutrition for perimenopause, and in early 2026 is undergoing specialised training in a UKIHCA-supported cancer coaching certificate. Having been on her own journey with breast cancer since 2024, she brings personal experience, empathy and current scientific evidence to supporting others to achieve their best health outcomes and quality of life.

Approach and expertise: Sarah runs Mighty Women Wellbeing, with a passion for empowering women to take control of their health through sustainable diet and lifestyle changes. She works mostly in 1:1 partnership with clients over a period of typically 3-4 months, taking a holistic approach to help identify key areas for dietary and behavioural change.

Role and Qualifications:

Hannah’s sports massage sessions are ideal for those recovering from injury, managing ongoing aches and pains, or seeking a personalised, hands-on approach to recovery and wellbeing. Treatments are tailored to the individual, whether the goal is improved performance, injury support, or relaxation in a calm clinical setting.

She holds a degree in Sports and Exercise Health Science qualifications in Sports Massage Therapy. Alongside her clinic work, she currently works within an NHS Community Therapy Team, gaining extensive experience supporting patients with rehabilitation, mobility, and long-term condition management.

Approach and Expertise

Recovery & Rehabilitation: Sports massage is used to support injury recovery, reduce muscle tension, and improve movement quality as part of a wider rehab journey.

Performance & Preventative Care:  To reduce injury risk, and support training, work, and everyday activities.

Holistic Wellbeing: With a strong interest in recovery and long-term body care, treatments focus not just on symptoms, but on helping clients move and feel better in the long run.
